I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.

Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!

Brennen’s Post-Shave Note:

Thank you all for the donations! I wish I could thank you all in person, but that will have to wait for another time. It feels strange to have almost no hair on my head, but I’m glad I was able to do something for such a good cause.

Through your support, I was able to blow past my $50 goal tenfold, raising well over $500! Your contributions helped Boulder High hit over $40k in donations, enough to significantly fund new research into treatment and cures for these horrid cancers.

Although my hair will grow back, I’m glad to have it gone as a testimony to the good we’ve done. More than anything, though, I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all the support. A toast to ending cancer!
