What could possibly be more important than saving the life of a child? We are holding our SIXTH annual bowling tournament in 2022--yes our 6th!--and we will be looking for folks to shave their heads, teams to bowl and business and individuals to donate, Right now the date is tentative, as is the location (we are hoping it will still be at Rockin Bowl), but put this on your calendar and watch for more announcements! Be a hero for kids with cancer! Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. All proceeds from our event go directly to fund research grants for survivors for ToMorrow's Fund, a Hero Fund started in honor of my daughter, Rebecca Morrow. Read her story at the link above.
At our event, some folks will shave their heads – and others like me will keep the hair we have and put our hearts into supporting childhood cancer research.
During the pandemic, donations have been down sharply, which is a big deal since the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is the largest non-government supporter of childhood cancer research grants.
I want to make sure kids know we care. I want more research to save lives. Please support me with a donation. Thank you!
