I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Only 4% of national funds goes towards pediatric cancer!! That's why this is so important. This year, I'm shaving in honor of Brantley Noble who finished cancer treatments and got to "ring the bell" on February 15, 2021, and in memory of Kailey Almeter who sadly lost her battle with cancer on December 11, 2020. She was only 7 years old. I had the pleasure of meeting sweet Kailey last year when I shaved. I sat beside her to meet her, and she immediately put her arm around me. She had a heart of gold. No family should have to go through this. Please consider making a donation to help these kids and their families. If you can't make a monetary donation, please keep them in your prayers. Thank you!
