I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Rocking Bald For The Cause

The stories of 118 children can be found within the "honored kids" section of our event page. We dedicate our event to them and their families. These children are battling or have battled some form of childhood cancer and they are either from SC or have SC ties. We rejoice for the 85 that survived and I dedicate my personal participation as a shavee to the 33 that left us much too soon. I pledge to never forget them nor why we do this.


I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.
