I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm volunteering and raising money with St. Baldrick's to help find cures for kids still fighting cancer. Almost two years ago, my family lost our Jake (16) to AML, a form of Leukemia that is commonly found in adults. Cancer behaves differently in kids, so they need separate research to find treatments that will work for them. But there’s a big gap in funding. The national cancer institute only allocates less than 4% of funding toward childhood cancer research. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I've decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. St. Baldricks is the #1 private funder of childhood cancer research. Join me today and let's #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
