I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Columbus17

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Columbus17

A lot has happened in a year.  Many of you may know that Carrie, the love of my life for 35 years, has been struggling with Frontal-Temporal Dementia.  Last year she came to Ned Kelly's and enjoyed the spectacle.  She is now in Applewood Our House memory center.  She's comfortable and in a safe space.  Needless to say our world turned upside down.

So why am I shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research?  I believe that you defeat misfortune by putting more good in this world.  We have had 35 years of happiness and experience.  The children we are trying to help may not.

Childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.  Now I need your help to put more good in this world.   Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
