I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald by Design

I'm shaving my head for the 13th time to raise money for childhood cancer research! That's right, 13 times! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? My daughter Claire is a childhood cancer survivor. She was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma when she was only 10 years old. After enduring nearly three years of chemotherapy she has now been cancer free for over 10 years.  As many of you might know I participate every year on the Bald By Design team with friends and colleagues. This money that we raise helps other kids like Claire who deserve a chance to live a life without cancer. No child should have to suffer and research is the way to help find treatments and cures.

If you have donated in the past please do so again if you can! If you are getting an ask from me for the first time will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. This year my brother Steve is joining our shave team and he shaved with me for the very first time in 2008. That will make this year more special.
