I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm back! Time for my 2nd annual shave!!

My goal...beat last year!

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Let me lay out some staggering statistics for you:

Every 2 minutes a child will be diagnosed with cancer. On top of that, 1 in 5 of those kids will die. It affects everyone. If you don't personally know someone, chances are your friends do.

Every $250 raised helps support five hours of research towards cures. $500 can fund 20 hours of research to improve quality of life for those currently fighting, and survivors. And $1,000 helps pay for a child to be part of a clinical trial that could save their life, as well as the lives of future kids.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
