I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! D Last year we, collectively as a group, passed the $10,000 mark for funds raised since I began supporting this incredible cause. Let's continue to fight toward finding cures for pediatric cancer. The community of Bondurant has had 2 families in the past couple of years lose tough battles with the passing of Ava and Landon. We will not stop in the pursuit of a cure so these kids have a chance to defeat cancer and grow up to achieve amazing things! And there have been amazing stories of triumph among the defeat. Click on the Honored Kids pages of Saje (Bondurant) and Noah (Runnells) to see the progress being made in treatment. Don't forget that some of our local hospitals (Blank Children's and University of Iowa Children's) are receiving funds from this organization to make advancements in the area of pediatric cancer treatment. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
