I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!

Thanks to donations of √3 × $100 = $173, on March 8th I got a buzz cut, in public no less — in Lakewood High School's marvelous new gymnasium.

Contributions continued and exceeded π × $100 = $314, so on March 9th I visited the village barber shop and had my head shaved! I appreciate everyone who contributed to the cause. Overall, LHS raised over $8000!

Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers, it's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So that's why I joined in to help raise money for cures.

Thanks one last time for all your help! Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
