I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: MWU Faculty/Staff

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So, after taking a year off in 2018, I decided to once again support this important effort by shaving the remaining hair on my head to raise money for cures. My fellow faculty, staff and students at Midwestern University are teaming up with the Downers Grove community for a big St. Baldrick's Shaving event on March 20, 2019. This event has raised over $80,000 dollars for each of the past several years, and we've raised more money than any other College campus-organized event in the Battle of the Bald for the past two years (https://www.stbaldricks.org/battle/2017-2018). I've personally experienced the devastating impact of cancer as so many of us have. My Mom passed away after living courageously for a year and a half with stage 4 Ovarian Peritoneal Cancer. Now, I need your help! Will you make a donation to support childhood cancer research? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Thanks in advance for your support!
