This is the 7th year I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! With so many generous donors last year we raised over $9,000. Join us on March 8th if you want to be inspired. You don't have to shave but it is even more fun if you do. My before picture was taken with my daughter last night. We attended a daddy daughter dance with about 450 other dads and 450 daughters. It was amazing. I am so blessed to have a 13 year old caring, loving, funny, smart, and beautiful daughter who is healthy. Not all moms and dads are so fortunate. They spend weeks, months, or years battling this terrible disease. We are all impacted by cancer. We have lost friends and loved ones and celebrated those that have beat cancer. I have lost 3 dear friends in the past 12 months. I miss Chris, Dan, and Jill. I will continue to raise awareness for all forms of cancer as long as I can. Preston is an amazing 16 year old here in Colorado that inspires me to shave every year. He is thriving and helping so many after his diagnosis 11 years ago. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Thank you for reading all of this and for helping to make a difference in the lives of so many kids by donating.
