I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Bald and Beautiful

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Bald and Beautiful

You all know Evan (my son), who is now 25 years old! He is a hero to many and simply has a heart of gold. While he beat cancer at age 2, he will always have to deal with the long term side effects. Every day I look at Evan and think how lucky we are and how amazing he is. We are truly blessed.

Sadly, every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer and too many of them are dying every day. This is not, and should not be, acceptable.

For kids who survive, the battle is not over. A recent study shows that because of the treatments they had as kids, by the time they’re 45, more than 95% of survivors will have a chronic health problem and 80% will have severe or life-threatening conditions.

It is time to end this nightmare.  Please join me.  Will you make a donation? Donate in honor of Evan.
