I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Crandall

"Really Madeline?! Your shaving your head?!"

That was the response I got from all my friends when I told them I was shaving off my hair to raise money. I have the longest hair in my grade and usually don't like cutting it. So why am I shaving my head? There is a girl, named Hannah, who I know from Girl Scouts who had cancer and then my sister learned that people could shave their heads to raise money to help people like her recover faster. (my sister has wanted to shave her head for a long time but my mom would not let her.)

Then my sister showed me a video about cancer and I decided that I wanted to help to. That's how I decided to shave my head.
