I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald Banshees 1st Official All Girl Team

When I first decided to do this, it was a decision made with a thought of it being "something different to do" in addition to helping the cause. Shortly after having made my decision, my friend's niece was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma when she was 14 yrs old. That news just brought the cause a little closer to home. So, here I am, choosing to shave my head in an effort to raise funds for Children's Cancer Research and those who don't get a choice. And my friend's niece (who is now 15); cancer-free on her last 2 follow up visits. This one is for Anita!!!! You Go Girl! Thank you for any support that you may be able to give.
