I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 46 Mommas Shave for the Brave

Everyday, 46 innocent children are diagnosed with cancer. That's every, single day.... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to raise money for a cure, including shaving my head. My beautiful middle child, Levi was diagnosed with high risk medulloblastoma on September 2, 2004. He endured a surgery that left him mute, paralyzed and a shell of his former self, then six weeks of radiation and months of horrible chemotherapy. No child should have to go through this. Levi is cancer free now, but the long term affects of his treatment are seen everyday. My goal is that NO CHILD ever has to face this diagnosis. Yes, we are incredibly blessed but I cannot and will not ever forget our friends who did not survive. Please, support us. It could happen to your child, too!
