I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Since I was very young people have always said the same things about my curly hair - there's so much of it, and they so wish they could have it. And I, as most curly haired people would also do, tend to reply with, "well then you can have it." But until January 26th I've never been true to my word.

Worldwide, more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. The St. Baldrick's Foundation partners with organizations around the world to fund childhood cancer research. We must all do everything we can to give kids a better chance for a cure.

To me, cutting my hair is such a small gesture, but it seems the smallest things are the most memorable. Things like this spread and grow and I hope I can inspire someone else to help children living with cancer. I, and the 160, 000 kids with cancer, would be so grateful if you would support me in this.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
