I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

At 17, my sister was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease. I was 13 and didn't quite understand what was going on. I've always regretted not being more supportive during her difficult fight. Fortunately, she beat it and is cancer free but many still suffer from this horrible disease. This Saturday, March 12th, I'm shaving my head to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer and to raise money to find cures. This will be my 7th year in a row going bald for a good cause. In my six years of shaving my head, I’ve raised $14,000. My goal this year is $2,000 to put me over $16,000 total
