I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Honestly, cancer has always scared me. I was 4 years old when my mother died from cancer, and 20 years later, my niece was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Even the smell of the hospital made me nauseous when visiting her. When I heard about St. Baldrick’s, I jumped at the chance to make a difference. This is the fourth time I’ve joined the fight against children’s cancers.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. St. Baldrick’s exists because when kids get cancers that adults get—like lymphoma—they must be treated differently.

Please support me with a donation of any amount. Even $1 will assist in eradicating childhood cancers.

Thank you,

Jim Begg
