Whether through family, friends, coworkers, or personally, very few have gone untested by cancer at some point in their lives. In memory of my late father (and his short bout with Multiple Myeloma), I'm offering my head and face to the clippers for NetApp Wichita's St. Baldrick's event on April 11th.
I'm no stranger to a "#1" buzz cut, so I'm planning to shave the goatee as well. It may not sound like much, but for the 10 years my wife has known me, I've always had it. Besides this being an amazing cause, if you've always secretly hated my haircut, here's your chance to really make a difference!
I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

I will enforce this list stringently in the next few weeks. That is, unless I get linked to something really silly on the Internet. In the rare occasion that occurs, all bets are off.
And just because it's more informative than I am, here's the default St Baldrick's Shavee Plug:
