I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

To you, who are taking the time out of your busy life to read this, thank you.

To you, who I may or may not have the pleasure of knowing, thank you.

Why? Because you matter. You do make a difference. You are an inspiration.

Just by being you.

Therefore, I have decided to shave my head not only to raise money for childhood cancer research but to honor every one of you. I hope to send a little love to people who may be having a hard time loving themselves. Regardless of where you are in your life, everyone can use a bit more love, so I dedicate this to you.

As Sai Baba once said, “Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.” Therefore, I hope to spread love generously for not just this one day but every day. As they all say, home is where the heart is, so I strive to make love a goal every day, so everywhere will be home.

Now I need your help! I would truly appreciate anything you can give to support thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers, but more importantly, I hope you take the time to treasure yourself and those around you even if it is as simple as a thank you.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
