I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: always misbeshaven

My mother is living with a rare form of tissue cancer, but has gotten great results with the removal of the tumor and does not suffer with any sickness that people relate to cancer. My Grandpa Chuck who was so supportive of me has lost his battle with leukemia. I also lost my Aunt Tammy and my Uncle Joe to Cancer. It has been a lot for my family. I have been waiting all year for this event. It helps me to feel like i have some power over the Cancer which invades my family. Helping raise money for this cause makes me feel so good. I know what it is like to be scared by this disease. I know I will be nervous to shave my head (i never have liked clippers),but i know cancer makes people really nervous too. I hope by doing this I can help to make cancer less scary for other people. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
