I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.
I'M THE ONE IN THE BLACK SUNDRESS--LAST SUMMER. MY HAIR'S GOTTEN A LITTLE LONGER, AND IS PROBABLY THE LONGEST IT'S EVER BEEN!!!!! post event message: A HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!! to everyone who helped me reach my goal of $1000.....I SURPASSED THAT THANKS TO ALL YOUR HELP! my mom and sister even helped collect donations all the way from YREKA, CA!!!!! so far i have raised $1187 in 3 wks!!!! (hoping more may trickle in....we'll see). hubby is not too fond of "bald dawn" so i am working at growing it back again!!! (next time i will just cut off the required 8-10 inches for hair donation so i don't throw him into a coronary arrest!). it was a lot of fun and very inspiring hearing the testimonials from the families of the children directly affected by cancer!!!!
