Hello, 

I'm shaving my head again to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So, I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. As a teacher I have taught several students who bravely battled cancer. I participate again this year in their honor. Please consider donating to support me and more importantly the children. Last year, through the generous support of many, we exceeded my goal of $2,500 to shave my head was exceeded. In the end we raised almost $3,400. However, this year, my sixth year shaving my head, I would like to raise more to support this worthy cause. I have set my current year goal as $2,500 but I am hoping to beat last year’s total.
