I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Snow Angels

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Snow Angels

Team Snow Angels began 20 years ago to support a family and more specifically a playful, sweet, energetic little boy named Markie T. Unfortunately, Markie lost his fight against a pediatric cancer known as neuroblastoma, but his spirit lives on as we gather each year to raise money and support kids and families in the fight of their lives.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and learn more about a little boys spirit who has changed my life forever. Even though he was diagnosed at such a young age with this horrible disease, he lived his short life to the fullest. Running, playing with Buzz Lightyear, eating Doritos and getting a tan on his little bald head all while dealing with more than I can even comprehend.

I sure have learned a lot from a little boy and his amazing family. It makes daily problems seem so insignificant.

Thank you for joining our celebration of life, getting involved and giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
