I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Pirates Pillaging For A Cure

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Pirates Pillaging For A Cure

On November 16th, 2003 cancer took the life of my nephew Patrick, he was only 4 years old. He was diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma on October 30th, 2003 and he passed a mere 17 days later. While his life was short, the impact he had on those who knew him was great, and he changed us all. As you are probably aware, one of the most common side effects of cancer treatment is hair loss. In solidarity with the people that have battled, or are battling cancer, and in Patrick's memory, I will be shaving my head at the St. Baldrick’s event on March 1st, 2014 at the Marriott Chicago in Naperville. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!.
