I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Peachy Keens

Viva Las Mommas! This summer, I'll be joining the 46 Mommas for my Lucky SEVENTH shave in support of childhood cancer research! I'm so proud to say that this amazing team, for which I have the pleasure of serving on leadership for the fourth time, has raised over $1.8 million to date, and we're powering on to our $2 million goal! Standing with fellow Mommas, all touched by childhood cancer, and all determined to help fund cures and safer, less-toxic treatments for our children, is my honor and my privilege, and I am inspired by their courage and dedication every day. To add to the excitement of this year's event, I will join the Knights of the Bald Table for seven years of service with the St. Baldrick's Foundation! I can't believe it's been that long, but I am just as passionate about this mission now as I was on December 31, 2009 - the day Georgia was diagnosed and the world changed forever. I am determined to do my part to end childhood cancer, and with your help, we're making a difference already. In our first year, the Georgia and the Peachy Keens Hero Fund was able to fund a research grant for relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and that is all thanks to YOU! Please visit Georgia's blog to keep up with our busy girl and to see how you can help us end childhood cancer. It's going to be another great year, y'all! Much love and gratitude, Courtney
