I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bear Tavern ES

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

Chloe aka Sassy McGee is shaving their head to raise money for childhood cancer research for the second time.  Chloe lost both their Pop Pop and Godfather to cancer. They don’t want any child to go through what they went through.

So on March 9th along with a team of brave young people surrounded by friends and family at our beloved Bear Tavern, Sass will shave their head.

Hair is such a huge part of our culture and this is a BIG deal. I am so proud that they’ve chosen to center their desire to be of service.

Please consider helping them achieve their goal of raising $4000.

St. Baldrick’s, the largest charitable funder of pediatric grants, is pretty remarkable. Less than 4% of their budget goes towards administrative costs. As an individual who devotes a lot of time to the nonprofits I serve, I can assure you that this is remarkable.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
