I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: TEAM BRODY

I am a 14 year old kid who has survived brain tumor surgery and treatment, not once, but twice, since I was 8. I am hoping never again. Along the way, I lost the thick full head of hair I once had. I lost it all, when I didn't have a choice in the matter. 5.5 years time.... I lost my hair, I've had countless people shave in my honor, and had close to 40 people donate their hair for wigs for other kids who've lost their hair. I've grown what grows now, shaved it, raised funds. It seems that the pattern is that it grows.... and I either lose it because of treatments or because I've had it shaven off to raise funds. Two key things in all this. 1. It grows back. 2. Raise funds. My friends and family know all too well why I choose to do this. Spread the word to those that aren't as close and keep the funds building. We need more options that are more effective and have less side effects(short and long term).
