I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Trueheart

This is my third year with 46 Mommas Shave for the Brave. Shaving my head - once in LA and once in DC - made me feel more powerful and beautiful than I ever could have imagined. My daughters, Fiona (14) and brain tumor survivor Grace (10), have loved meeting other families at the shaves who understand what they have been through. While, at first, they feared what it would be like to have a bald momma, they quickly realized what an incredible experience St. Baldrick's has offered us, and they have both become advocates themselves in the fight against pediatric cancer. They are proud of their momma, and I am proud of them. With that pride comes tears for those children taken by cancer and all the potential lost. Please help the Mommas reach our 3 year - 1 million dollar goal. Why? That goal represents hope for our children and those not yet diagnosed. Awareness => Funding => Research => Cures. I appreciate your support. Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. Thank You!
