I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

In order to fight cancer, I am showing solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research! Rather than sitting on my butt, I am deciding to fight cancer the best way I know how... by cutting my hair off at a bar!!

However, just like last year shaving my head is not particularly my style. I up the ante a bit. In the spirit of good fun and rivalry I have agreed to shave the logo of the college team, who's fans donate the most money, into my head (photos of before after and during will be posted). Last year NC State won the rights to my dome by donating $1200. Georgia Tech came in second with $950. Being a graduate of NC State and Georgia Tech last years selections were not too disturbing. However, some of my friends also went to that dreaded other school Uga (only raised $10, and the SEC in general I thought you were all kinds of dedicated, I am calling you out and I won't go into B1G teams lack of ahem support)... and though the thought of this literally kills me I will shave the G if they pony up larger cash. Some might want to put a UNC logo in my head (last year $150)- which also might be a fate worse than death. Again, this space is for rent for a good cause. I am up for proposals as well inclusive of dying leading up to the donation or wearing it for the day. This is solely about cold hard cash to fight an illness

In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.
