I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Brevard County Schools

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Brevard County Schools

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

My wife and I have personally experienced receiving the call from a doctor saying "your child has melanoma and the prognosis is not good," but we have been fortunate to receive excellent treatment from the doctors at Arnold Palmer Hospital and Orlando Health's UF Cancer Center and our daughter has been cancer free for almost two years.  Still her life will be changed forever, she will always be subject to scans and special attention to make sure her melanoma does not come back or that we can catch it again in time before it does serious harm.

This is why I will shave my head and ask for your help every year! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
