I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
I am an 11 year old cancer survivor.  When I was only 2 year's old, I was diagnosed with a hard to cure type of leukemia. There hadn't been any kids who had lived. Because people cared enough to donate to charity, I received a new kind of treatment. Despite the odds, I survived. It is my mission to help all kids receive the gift of survival.  This is my 7th year of shaving my head at this annual community event.  I'm proud that I've earned the title of "Knight of the Bald Table"!

All kids deserve their best chance at a cure. St. Baldrick's Foundation makes that possible because they take your donations and turn them into better treatments and cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
