I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Aviation Insurance

Join me on March 13 as I shave my head to eradicate Childhood Cancer! In 2018 an estimated 15,590 children were diagnosed with cancer in the United States. That's 43 children every day who will be faced with the hardship of having to defeat this terrible disease. It is the leading cause of death by disease for children under the age of 19 in the US. Despite this, just 4% of the US federal budget is spent trying to find a cure.

In 2019 St. Baldrick's helped raised over $24 million dollars to help children suffering with cancer. Despite this incredible achievement there was a still $9.5 dollar shortfall in funds. What this means is, there were $9.5 million worth of grant applications that received an outstanding score, that went unfulfilled due to a lack of funding.

Together, we can help St. Baldrick's fund new research, clinical trials, training for pediatric oncologists, as well as research focused on symptom management, quality of life, and family coping. Apart from helping to find a cure, your donation could help a suffering child today.

Please help end this terrible affliction and ease a child's suffering by donating whatever you can. Any amount helps.

On behalf of all of the children whose lives your donation will improve, thank you!
