I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. I am doing this to honor the memory of Edward Kurtz III, who lost his struggle in 2003 when he was only 4 years old. I am doing it in memory of Lelia Moran, who lost her struggle in December 2017. WE NEED TO SUPPORT RESEARCH FOR THE CURE OF CHILDHOOD CANCER! The world is less bright that it would have been had Edward and Lelia survived. We owe it to their families, and ourselves, to do whatever we can to support the research.
Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. If all I have to do is shave my head to call attention to this cause, well, why wouldn't I? And you don't have to shave yours!!! (But feel free to join in!) Please support me and make a donation to this cause.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
