I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Creative Arts Hairapists

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. We're talking only 4% of federal funds being dedicated to cancer research and less than 10 drugs developed since 1980 for use in children with cancer. Meanwhile, cancer is the #1 killer of children by disease,  with 43 children PER DAY expected to receive a diagnosis, and 1 in 5 not surviving. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. My goal of $1,000 helps pay for one child to be treated on a clinical trial, often their best hope for a cure. AND I NEED YOUR HELP! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
