I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Project Golden Hope

I'm raising money for childhood cancer research! Both of my daughter's were diagnosed with different forms of childhood cancer. My oldest was diagnosed at 8 months with neuroblastoma. She is now 16 years old, healthy and cancer free. My youngest was diagnosed when she was 11, with anaplastic medulloblastoma, (a brain tumor).  She is now 14 and is NED, (no evidence of disease). This is a cause that is very close to my heart.  Please help me raise funds for lifesaving childhood cancer research.  Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. Did you know that the average years lost is 71 years when a child dies from cancer.  Childhood cancer research is also extremely underfunded. It only receives 3.8% of the national cancer research budget. This is not enough!!!  Children are worth more than 4%. A child is diagnosed with cancer every three minutes. The odds of you winning the lottery are 1:165,000,000 but the chances of your child getting cancer is 1:285. Seven children die from cancer every day. These are all heartbreaking statistics so I decided to do something about it by raising money for a cure.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.  BE A PART OF SOMETHING GREAT!!!!
