I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Markit Global 24 Hour Shave - Worldwide Team

THANK YOU ALL!!!!! DONATIONS ARE STILL BEING ACCEPTED, BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!! Over the past 2 years I've had tremendous fundraising success with a lot of help from friends like you (and matching gifts!) for this great cause, and I thought I would take 2012 off. But last year convinced me otherwise as I lost my father-in-law to cancer in March, and my wife and life partner for some 27 years finished her treatments and is now a breast cancer survivor.

This disease never takes time off and so with St. Patrick’s fast approaching I need to be involved and again ask for your support and donations! Please take a look at some great pics of last year’s shave at Central Park and a video I did last year for the cause.

This year on March 15th I will be participating in “The Markit 24 Hour Global Shave” with many of my colleagues around the globe to help the St. Baldrick's foundation conquer kid's cancer, and I again need your support in raising money for the cause. I'm a proud father of three beautiful little girls and over 20 years ago I lost my own older brother Iain to cancer, who succumbed to this dreadful disease after a year-long struggle- so I know all too well the devastation a diagnosis of cancer in a loved one can bring to a loving family.

Please help me in the fight against kid's cancer and donate whatever you can afford, and if you have donated in past years, I thank you again for any consideration of being a repeat donor.

For those who don't know, the St. Baldrick's Foundation now funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Since 2000, events have taken place in 24 countries and 50 US states, raising over $115 million. Thousands of "shavees" have shaved their heads in solidarity of children with cancer, while requesting donations of support from friends and family – each one becoming a walking billboard for the cause!
To make a donation, click on the link above to get to my St. B's webpage and then click on "Make A Donation" or donate by mail or phone.

Thank you so much in advance for your support!
