I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Shaving my head and raising money for St. Baldrick's is something that I have wanted to do for many years, but have always felt like it was "not the right time," whatever that means. Now, as I enter a period of transition in my life and begin medical school this fall, I really do feel like this is the "right time." I feel so ready and excited to take the first major step down the path I have known for so long that I wanted to walk, pursuing a career in healing and healthcare, and simultaneously so ready and excited to shave my head for the St. Baldrick's Foundation!

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers, and am so grateful for whatever you can donate to the cause. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. This painful reality has inspired me to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Thank you in advance for your support!
