Family, Friends and Neighbors,

For years our community has united around St. Baldrick's to conquer kids cancers.  The courage displayed by these children has been incredibly inspiring.  From the complex care they receive to the immense challenges their families face, it is hard to imagine how they continue to fight.  Cancer is a scary word, and it impacts so many people around our community.  That is why we do this.  We rally around these children, and hope that this day of fun and festivities gives them a sense of support and a reason to smile.

So, on March 28th I am going to shave my head.  Look I am already losing my hair, so it really isn't that big of a sacrifice.  I am doing this because so many people in my life have had to face the complexities cancer.  I understand that many of you reading this probably have a number of charitable causes that are near and dear to your hearts, and I feel a bit sheepish asking you to help me raise a few dollars.  With this being said we need your money.  Your contributions will ensure that a tent full of people on Main Street in Romeo will be able to get a laugh out of me having the sobering reality of what I will eventually look like when I am bald.  More importantly it will provide critical resources in the fight against kids cancer.  So, let's help some kids with the power of our community.

Many Thanks,

JP
