I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: UC Davis Fire Department

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: UC Davis Fire Department

In some way shape or form cancer impacts and touches the lives of all of us. It is the great equalizer, there is nothing fair about how it chooses those that it attacks, and it discriminates against no one - not even children.

But each of us has the power to alter the outcomes for those battling cancer today and into the future. At the same time, we can honor those who have lost the fight but whose spirit continues on in us.

The UC Davis Fire Department is proud to support important cancer research and I am excited to say that I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
