I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I've bartended at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas for 20+ years. Started growing my hair out 3 years ago because I was tired of people getting a co worker and I mixed up. Plans were announced to close the 1st Hard Rock Hotel in the world after it was sold 2 years ago. The property will undergo major renovations and rebranding to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. I started telling people I'd keep growing my hair out as long as it was still a Hard Rock. The hotel closed February 3, 2020. I will be donating my hair to Locks of Love.

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
