I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Charlie's Angels
Kids and cancer....... This does not sound right does it? Yes, I am shaving my head and beard if needed again this year in hopes of raising a few dollars in hopes of putting distance between these two words. My son Charlie had the most important thing in life stolen from him...... time. At first glance you can understand why I and so many others are doing this. But take a moment to understand there are parents that will be asked by their kids tomorrow "am I going to die" - this is what we must stop! No child should have to ask that. To have a different tomorrow we have to take action today. Thanks to all who consider donating a couple of bucks to me or anyone who volunteers for this event. Don't overlook the kids who are on Charlie's Team what an inspiration they are!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least twenty years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
