I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Michelle

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Michelle

This is my 4th and *final* time shaving my head. When I did it the first time in 2010, I did it in honor of my sister who fought and lost her battle to Ewing's Sarcoma in October of 2009. If she could unwillingly lose her hair in her fight with cancer, then I could certainly shave my head in her honor. This event will mark 10 years since her death and I'm hoping to go out with a BANG!

Over the past 13 years with St. Baldrick's, I have helped raise $36,973.

Every dollar counts and is greatly appreciated.

Until There's a Cure

I will be donating my hair to matteroftrust.org this year to help make mats that are used to clean up oil spills. If you'd like to donate your hair too, follow the link for more information.
