I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

As a father I can childproof my house, teach my boys not to play with matches, make sure they are buckled into their car seats, hold their hands when they cross the street and protect them from just about anything. Unfortunately I still haven't figured out a way to protect them from cancer. Thankfully my boys are healthy and happy but I can't think of a more helpless feeling that being the parent of a child with cancer. Shaving my head as a symbol of solidarity with these kids is the least I can do to help other families that are battling this disease.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Please read the story of the child I'm honoring at this event. St. Baldrick's funds research that will help her and others like her beat cancer. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
