My Story
Tariq is a witty 7 year old that loves riding his bike, bigger brother and tricking folks by exclaiming “look behind you!” As he puts himself in the lead! Tariq has a will to do it himself and that has been his super power in this journey as he tackles Medulloblastoma, a brain tumor, through surgery, radiation and chemo.
After his surgeries, Tariq had to relearn how to walk, eat and speak due to PFS and he works incredibly hard everyday at his therapies to get back what he’s lost.
Tariq loves legos, panera soufflés and playing with superheroes in the sand on summer beach days.
