My Story

Diego doesn't remember when he was diagnosed. The chemotherapy, doctor visits, and pokes simply became his normal. Seven years later, they are a merely a faint memory to him. Once out of the hospital, he was always a breath of fresh air as he asked, "where are we going next?"
Our boy is our source of inspiration to better ourselves and to help others. We are forever thankful for the breakthroughs that created a treatment plan for him where we can picture a lifetime of memories with him. However, there are many more children who need much more research in order to further advance their treatment.         Our son is thriving surrounded by our family, friends and neighbors. He has grown up knowing he is a survivor thanks to his doctors and medical advances forged by research. We look forward to helping StBaldricks today and in the future so that many more children can have more happy days with surrounded by those who love them.
