My Story

Survivor - Sam (age 16) was diagnosed January 4, 2012 at the age of 4 with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) and completed his treatment March 7, 2015 after 3 ½ years! On March 7th 2020 Sam hit year 5 after treatment and considered cured. He has been through so much but no matter what he keeps moving along full force determined to never give up. He enjoys school; history is his favorite subject. He loves sports of all kinds and has made a huge bond with our local high school Emmaus Hornets. He loved his time as an honorary member of different sports. When he grows up he wants to be a Park Ranger. Next year he will be a senior at Emmaus High school and is excited for his next chapter. Sams

favorites include the color green, reading, family and friends, video games (sports of course), playing trumpet in the marching Band, scouts where he is almost an Eagle, and just being outside. He has a huge heart and loves to share everything he has with others!
