My Story

Hilma was like any other middle  school student  with a passion for volleyball  — active and full of life. Like most kids her age, she was preparing for graduation and the excitement of heading off to High school .On March 26 th after 2 months of pain and swelling in her right knee she was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma ,she started chemotherapy on April 19th .Thank you for supporting her and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
