Heath was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma in October 2019. Through surgeries, chemo, and now radiation treatment, Heath has been nothing but a tough guy! At 2 1/2, he’s not quite old enough to understand his diagnosis; but he helps the doctors and nurses take good care of him, and he sets the standard for how to survive with a calm strength that everyone can admire! He’s like the Jason Statham of pediatric cancer, barely a grunt when his port is accessed, and he sleeps through chemo. He hasn’t let this diagnosis change or limit him, and he thinks it’s cool that the men in his life all bic-ed their heads with him. So join Heath’s “crew” -it’s for the best possible cause!!!
